Swing I Feelings I Life

Paweł Steczek returns to the Philharmonic in Szczecin with a new music project. Swing | Feelings | Life will connect two musical personalities from different corners of the earth. The original swing compositions and arrangements of Paweł Steczek in the interpretation and performance of Micha Grobelny with the accompaniment of the Orchestra and jazz musicians will talk about feelings, passion and life in the American style.


Paweł Steczek is a graduate of the Music Academy in Katowice and founder of the Button Hackers group. He is the author of music and arrangements for theatre and film productions. The compositions he writes for Button Hackers can be found, among others, on the Smooth Jazz Cafe and Chillout Cafe compilations.

Michał Grobelny is a musician, singer, pianist. Participant in the 4th edition of the "Your Face Sounds Familiar" program and the semi-finalist of the 3rd edition of "The Voice Of Poland" in Tomson and Baron's team.

He plays the leading role in Quasimodo the bell ringer in the French production of "Notre Dame de Paris" at the Musical Theater in Gdynia. You can recently see Michał at the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Białystok in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar in the lead role of Jesus of Nazareth. To the TV achievements, you can add the program "Jaka to melodia?", where he previously acted as one of the main vocalists of the show hosted by Robert Janowski.

He performed on one stage with many Polish and foreign musicians, including Dorota Miśkiewicz, Paulina Przybysz, Mietek Szcześniak or Bill Saler (Grammy Award winner for the songs "Just The Two Of us" and "Where is The Love"). He is also a background vocal and has already had such experiences as the concert "Stars of Quincy Jones" with Jacob Collier under Jules Buckley's baton (Metropole Orkest), shows with Natalia Kukulska and concerts by Ania Rusowicz, among others with guests under the name "Tribute to 2 + 1" performed at "Męskie Granie 2019" in Katowice. As a Szczecin resident, he took an active part in various local ventures, including a concert with songs by Kabaret Starszych Panów at the Philharmonic in Szczecin, a concert by the Szczecin Philharmonic Big Band in the film music program also at the Philharmonic. He is currently working on his debut album. He is also active in composition and arrangement, which resulted in the collaboration of, among others, with the debuting singer Jagoda Kret, Arek Kłusowski and the band Xxanaxx.
