High Five Brass

The longest established chamber ensemble of the Philharmonic in Szczecin and one of a kind in the city. Brass ensembles provide unique sound – you can hear the echoes of Balkan folklore and New Orleans music. The repertoire of the quintet includes Renaissance dances, baroque and romantic compositions, as well as 20th-century music: French impressionism, jazz and film music. The musicians are not afraid to tackle popular music. The quintet takes part in many festivals, radio broadcasts and educational projects.
