Entrance tickets with a detached control coupon are invalid. The above does not apply to tickets purchased via the Philharmonic website.

Persons awarded by the City of Szczecin with the title of Honorary Citizen of the City of Szczecin, Pioneer of the City of Szczecin or the Medal of Merit for the City may enter the events free of charge, provided that places are available and the box office is informed at least 14 days before the event.

Concerts such as the Inauguration of the Season, End of the Season, Presidential, New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve concerts are not covered by the discounts specified in §3 point. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 19.

Discounts are available to persons who, when purchasing a ticket at the Philharmonic box office, present a document entitling them to the discount.

The ticket and the document entitling you to the discount must be presented to the staff upon entering the event.

A person entitled to purchase a reduced ticket may transfer his ticket for use to a person who meets the conditions entitling him to purchase a reduced ticket. If the ticket is given to a person who is not entitled to purchase a reduced ticket, an additional fee for the ticket must be paid at the ticket office.

A group ticket is a ticket sold for a group of at least 15 people. A group ticket is issued separately for each group member.

A ticket at the price of a group ticket, without having to meet the group size requirement, can be purchased by people who present the Szczecin Tourist Card at the Philharmonic's ticket office.

Tickets are sold one hour before the event only if there are no available seats. The possibility of purchasing tickets for a given event is introduced by the Director of the Philharmonic in a separate decision.

Subscription tickets can be purchased at the Philharmonic box office. A subscription is understood as the willingness of one person to purchase at least seven regular/discount tickets for various concerts. When purchasing tickets in a subscription, a 15% discount is charged on the price of each ticket.

In addition to tickets, the Philharmonic may, at its own discretion, issue paid invitations.

The invitation entitles its holder to purchase a ticket for the event indicated in the invitation, in the number and under the conditions specified in the invitation.

The condition for purchasing a ticket/s based on an invitation is to present an ID card or invitation. Tickets at the invitation price can only be purchased in stationary sales at the Philharmonic box office.

§4 Sale

Tickets are sold by the Philharmonic box office.

Tickets for events organized by the Philharmonic are sold:
  • at the Philharmonic box office;
  • at the place of a given event, one hour before the planned start date of the event, in all available places;
  • via the Philharmonic website.
  • at the ticket machine

The rules for purchasing tickets via the website are regulated by the Online Sales Regulations applicable at the Philharmonic. Mieczysław Karłowicz in Szczecin.

Payment for the ticket at the ticket machine can only be made by payment card.

Payment for the ticket at the ticket office can be made in cash (PLN) or by payment card.

When purchasing tickets at the box office or ticket machine, the Philharmonic issues a fiscal receipt.

The desire to receive a VAT invoice at the ticket office must be reported before purchasing the ticket(s).

The Philharmonic issues VAT invoices for natural persons in accordance with applicable law, while for business entities, invoices are issued at the time of purchase.

Payment can be made by transfer only after receiving a VAT invoice with a payment deadline of 7 or 14 days. Payment must be made by transfer to the bank account indicated on the invoice within the specified deadline. After receiving the payment on the account, the ordering party can collect the paid tickets or goods at the Philharmonic box office. If payment is not made within the prescribed period, the Philharmonic may charge the ordering party with interest.

One hour before the event, the box office sells tickets only for the current event.

§5 Reservation

Tickets are booked by the Philharmonic box office.

Event tickets can be booked:

In order to make a reservation, it is necessary to provide the following information:
  • ticket type;
  • name and surname;
  • contact telephone number;
  • if you want to receive a VAT invoice – all necessary, in accordance with

applicable legal provisions, data for issuing a VAT invoice.

Refusal to provide the data specified in section 3, makes it impossible to make a reservation.

Reserved tickets must be purchased within 7 calendar days of making the reservation. After the indicated deadline, the reservation will be canceled. The above does not apply to ticket reservations within organized groups.

2 days before a given event, the system will cancel all reservations. From this moment on, it is no longer possible to book tickets.

Group booking of at least 15 tickets for a given event is possible after meeting the conditions specified in §6 of the Regulations.

§6 Reservation for organized groups

The provisions of this paragraph apply to reservations for an organized group, i.e. reservations of at least 15 tickets, regardless of their type, for a given event.

To make a reservation for an organized group, it is necessary to make a preliminary reservation by e-mail to the following address: kasa@filharmonia.szczecin.pl.

The following information should be provided in the e-mail:
  • indication of the deadline
  • group size
  • name and surname of the person making the reservation
  • contact telephone number
  • if you want to receive a VAT invoice – all necessary, in accordance with

applicable legal provisions, data for issuing a VAT invoice;

A reservation for an organized group is made when the ticket office employee sends confirmation of the reservation.

The payment deadline for tickets as part of a reservation for an organized group is agreed individually with a Philharmonic employee.

Tickets reserved for organized groups can be paid in person at the Philharmonic box office or by transfer after receiving a VAT invoice. The transfer title should include the number of the invoice being paid.

If a reservation is made for an organized group and the tickets are not paid within the indicated time, the reservation is subject to cancellation, of which the Philharmonic will inform the person making the reservation. The Philharmonic may charge the ordering party a contractual penalty of 50% of the value of the tickets ordered.

In the case of payment by transfer, the date of payment of the price is considered to be the date of crediting the Philharmonic's bank account.

In the case of foreign transfers, all bank fees are borne by the ticket purchaser. Payment for tickets in the case of foreign transfers can only be made in PLN.

§7 Rules for organizing the audience

The Philharmonic has the right to refuse entry to the auditorium if you are late for the event. Entrance will be possible during the break of the event.

During the events, the use of mobile phones is prohibited and the sound signals in electronic devices must be turned off. It is prohibited for listeners to record events (photographing, filming, recording).

The admission ticket entitles the holder to one-time entry to the event.

The event ticket cannot be used in promotional and advertising campaigns (including competitions or lotteries) or other commercial purposes without the consent of the Philharmonic.

Participation in an event organized by the Philharmonic constitutes the participant's consent to the free recording and dissemination of his/her image during his/her stay at the venue of the event organized by the Philharmonic. The consent covers the use of the image in the Philharmonic's materials for promotional, archival and information purposes. Lack of consent for publication should be reported to the Philharmonic Spokesperson (rzecznik@filharmonia.szczecin.pl).

§8 Other provisions

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Philharmonic building. Drinking alcohol is allowed only in places designated for this purpose.

The Philharmonic reserves the right to cancel the event, change the date, place, change the repertoire, and change the performers of the event without giving a reason.

The places intended for the public in the Philharmonic building include: the hall, the symphony hall, the chamber hall, the café, the cloakroom, the foyer, the shop on level 1 and two galleries.

Any changes regarding the availability of space are decided by the Director of the Philharmonic.

§9 Returns

The Philharmonic reserves the right to change the repertoire.

The Philharmonic does not accept ticket returns except for the situations specified in § 9 section 3 of the Regulations.

If the event is canceled, the ticket can be returned.

The ticket must be returned at the Philharmonic box office.

The basis for returning a ticket purchased at the box office is a ticket with an intact code.

If the purchase of a ticket at the box office is confirmed with a VAT invoice, the basis for returning the ticket is the purchaser's acceptance to receive a correction of the VAT invoice from the Philharmonic. The Philharmonic may withhold the refund of the ticket price until it receives a signed VAT invoice correction.

The Philharmonic will refund the ticket price in cash at the ticket office or to the card based on proof of purchase.

In the case of payment by transfer, the Philharmonic makes refunds to the bank account.

In the event of an event cancellation, information on how to return tickets will be provided by phone: 539-949-454 or by e-mail: kasa@filharmonia.szczecin.pl.

The Philharmonic allows for the introduction of other ticket return rules for selected events.

§10 Personal data

By providing the Philharmonic with their personal data during the reservation, the interested party consents to their storage and processing by the Philharmonic for the purpose of booking tickets, purchasing tickets, and necessary contact between the parties.

Personal data received by the Philharmonic is not transferred to third parties.

Mieczysław Karłowicz in Szczecin as the personal data controller in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council /EU/ 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 /46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L2016, No. 119, p.1).
